Wedding Coordination at Honey is more than just “day-of” or “month-of” support.
This service is designed for couples who have done much of the planning themselves but want an experienced, proactive team stepping in to ensure everything comes together seamlessly.
We meet our couples where they are in the planning process, providing structured guidance, logistical oversight, and clear communication in the weeks leading up to the wedding, then taking full leadership on wedding day. From finalizing timelines and confirming vendors to managing the rehearsal, setup, and flow of the day, our role is to carry the details so you do not have to.
On wedding day, Honey becomes the central point of coordination for vendors, the venue, and your guests, allowing you to relax and be fully present while we ensure every piece moves smoothly behind the scenes.
This package is ideal for couples who want professional support that feels calm, organized, and intentional, without needing full planning services.
Package includes:
Initial Consultation Meeting to understand your vision.
Full Access to Our Coordination Software, including a customized “Client Lounge” with vendor files, calendar, checklists, timelines, and more.
Customized Wedding Website to keep your guests informed.
Planning Meeting (typically 8-12 weeks prior to the event).
Zoom, phone, or email check-ins as needed during the coordination phase.
Wedding Rehearsal Coordination, including processional and ceremony organization and collaboration with your officiant/religious leader.
Up to 12 Hours of Wedding Day or Event Coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Access to Honey’s Wedding Day/Event Survival Kit.
Set-Up of Personal Décor items provided by the couple, including: place cards, stationery, and favors, etc.
Tear-Down of Personal Décor and coordination of final walk-through at the end of the night.
Creation and Management of the Wedding Day Timeline, including the ceremony, processional, recessional, and grand march.
Point Person for Communication between vendors, venue, and the couple.
Point Person for Wedding or Event Guests to ensure smooth transitions and any questions are addressed.
Coordination of Gift and Card Delivery to a designated location at the end of the night.
Ongoing logistical support throughout the day to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience.
