This package allows you, your family, and loved ones to fully enjoy the day without worrying about the details. Let us bring your vision to life, ensuring a flawless wedding or event from start to finish.

Package includes:

  • Initial Consultation Meeting to understand your vision.

  • Full Access to Our Coordination Software, including a customized “Client Lounge” with vendor files, calendar, checklists, timelines, and more.

  • Customized Wedding Website to keep your guests informed.

  • Planning Meeting (typically 8-12 weeks prior to the event).

  • Zoom/Phone Check-ins at 30, 14, and 7 days before the wedding or event.

  • Up to 2 Hours of Wedding Rehearsal Coordination, including processional and ceremony run-through.

  • Up to 12 Hours of Wedding Day or Event Coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • Access to Honey’s Wedding Day/Event Survival Kit.

  • Set-Up of Personal Décor, name cards, stationery, favors, and assistance for caterers and florists as needed.

  • Tear-Down of Personal Décor and coordination of final walk-through at the end of the night.

  • Creation and Management of the Wedding Day Timeline, including the ceremony, processional, recessional, and grand march.

  • Point Person for Communication between vendors, venue, and the couple.

  • Point Person for Wedding or Event Guests to ensure smooth transitions and any questions are addressed.

  • Coordination of Gift and Card Delivery to a designated location at the end of the night.

  • Ongoing Assistance to the couple or individual throughout the day, ensuring a stress-free experience.
