Wedding Vendor Wellness Sessions provide a confidential, supportive space specifically designed for professionals in the wedding industry who need individual emotional support.
These one-on-one sessions focus on stress regulation, emotional processing, and practical tools to help vendors stay grounded, confident, and resilient in their work. Do I need to be a Honey Events client to book?

No. Wellness services are open to both Honey Events clients and non-clients. You do not need to be working with Honey Events to book a wellness session.
What happens during a session?

Sessions may include guided grounding exercises, breathing techniques, emotional regulation tools, reflection, psychoeducation, and discussion focused on stressors you are experiencing. The goal is to help you feel supported, regulated, and more confident moving forward.
